Periodicals collection In our department our readers can choose from 9 daily papers and more than 220 different periodicals according to their circle of interest, job, hobby, studies. Besides the county and local papers, we retroactively collect other volumes of papers and periodicals that are worth saving which can be photocopied upon payment. We provide the opportunity for our registered readers to borrow the older copies of periodicals that are saved provisionally.

Our continuously extended CD-ROM database collection makes it possible to search the content of the periodicals in a fast and easy way. (e.g. HVG Archív, Figyelő, Népszabadság etc.).

When searching through legislations the Complex Code of Laws Plus database it is essential, which is up-to-date due to the online update and contains the Complex Code of Laws with all the effective legislation, norms of law, the Complex EU Code of Laws, the Complex Official Gazette.

The Complex Company news database is a database of companies. It is based on the Official Gazette of companies; it is possible to update it monthly online or on DVD. It contains the data of companies registered after 1945 and still operating in 1989, also the data of companies registered since 1989, and changes that have taken place since 1989.

There are two work stations with Internet connection in the periodicals library where our readers, holding a valid library card, can use our databases on their own, and to browse the e-periodicals. Here it is also possible to search the EBSCO database, which contains almost 8000 specialization periodicals and daily papers in English language.
