How can the electronic reference department help?
It is possible to - get information on lending due dates;
How does the service work?
If you have any questions or requests, please send an e-mail to the olvasoszolgalat [at] mjvk.hu address, which contains: - the exact wording of the question/request - your name and (if applicable) the number of your reader’s card - the e-mail address where the answer should be sent. The service is only available on weekdays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Our colleagues regularly (at least three times a day: at 10 a.m., at 1 p.m. and at 4 p.m.) check the reference department mailbox and after fulfilling requests, respond by e-mail in every case – within one hour if possible.
What is not within the scope of the service:
- compilation of selected bibliography;
Conditions of using the service:
Anyone can use the service. Subscription, asking for extra time, information on lending due dates is only available for members of the library! We would like to extend our services and we are happy to hear about your comments and ideas at the above mentioned e-mail address. |
